I am new to the States. I have just come to the States since January, 2008. I have only taken two local flights and both are from Utah to San Franciso. One was through Delta and the other one was through JetBlue. I heard many people telling me that JetBlue is a good airline but I was disappointed:

Price:

I booked my tickets very late. I asked my friends who travelled a lot where I should look for a cheap ticket and she asked me to go to check the website of Jet Blue and then I went for it. Surprisingly, the ticket was not cheaper than the other airlines. The plane tickets that I got was almost 250 dollars for a round ticket from Utah to San Fran. I am new to this country so I have no idea how much I should pay for it. Later after I got the tickets and my friend told me that I could get another round tickers around 150 dollars.

Luggage:

I was told that I could bring two luggages which their weights are below 25 kg per one. When I arrived to the airport, the stuffs told me that their company has just changed their policy and I can only bring one bag and the other one is going to charge me for 15 dollars. Actually, it’s not the problem of paying it or not but I felt like I was cheated.I looked up on their wedsite before and they never told me anything about luggages.

Check-in:

it was easy to find the location in the Salt Lake Airport because it is a very small airport. When I was in San Fran., I had a big problem finding JetBlue because there were two terminals: one is for international flights and the other one is for local flights. I was flying from San Fran. to Utah and it was local flight so of course I went to the terminal for local flights. When I arrived there, I was told that Jet Blue is actually in another terminals. I had to carry my two big luggages from the terminal 1 walking to terminal 2 and it took me half hour to do it.

Flight: My flight from San. Fran to Utah was delayed 2 hours and my friend had to wait in the Salt Lake Airport for 2 hours for me. It ruined our plan for later the day.

Seat:

The seats were pretty comfortable and big. And one thing that I really like about was that I had a lot of room so that I can move my legs. You know some planes from other airlines, their seats are very small for economic seats.

Service:

The service was overall very good. The stuffs were pretty polites and nice. Whenever I asked for a drink, they came pretty fast!
